Using NYMZO

You may use NYMZO only in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and our other published policies.

You must not misuse NYMZO, interfere with the operation or security of the service, or use the service to violate the rights of another person.

You must be legally permitted to use NYMZO under the laws that apply to you. Additional age requirements may apply depending on your location.

Accounts

Some NYMZO features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You should provide accurate information where NYMZO requires it and keep information reasonably up to date.

You must not access another person's account without authorization or attempt to obtain another user's password, authentication code, or other credentials.

Anonymous Messaging

NYMZO allows people to submit messages without displaying their identity to the recipient through the normal messaging experience.

Anonymous messaging does not give anyone permission to engage in unlawful or prohibited conduct. All messages remain subject to these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

“Anonymous” describes what is ordinarily displayed to the recipient. It does not mean that NYMZO guarantees that no technical information can ever be processed, preserved, or disclosed where necessary to operate the service, protect safety, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable law.

Your Content

You are responsible for content that you submit to NYMZO, including anonymous messages and information included in reports or other submissions.

You must have the right to submit the content you provide and must not use NYMZO to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

You give NYMZO permission to process, store, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise handle submitted content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide the service.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use NYMZO to send, publish, promote, request, or facilitate content or activity that violates applicable law or NYMZO's rules.

Examples of prohibited conduct include:

• Threats, harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse.
• Hate, discrimination, or dehumanizing attacks.
• Sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors.
• Sharing another person's private or sensitive information without authorization.
• Impersonation intended to deceive or harm another person.
• Spam, scams, fraud, malicious links, or deceptive activity.
• Encouraging or promoting self-harm or suicide.
• Attempts to attack, disrupt, exploit, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to NYMZO or its systems.
• Using NYMZO for activity that is otherwise unlawful.

Safety & Reporting

NYMZO provides reporting and deletion tools to help users manage unwanted messages and bring potentially prohibited content to our attention.

Submitting a report does not automatically establish that another user violated our rules. Reports may be reviewed using the information reasonably available to us.

You must not intentionally misuse reporting tools, including repeatedly submitting knowingly false or deceptive reports.

Moderation & Enforcement

We may review reported content and take reasonable action when we believe content or activity violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or presents a security or safety risk.

Depending on the circumstances, action may include restricting content or functionality, removing content, limiting access, suspending an account, terminating an account, preserving relevant information, or taking other appropriate measures.

We do not guarantee that every piece of content will be reviewed before or after it appears on the service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use NYMZO.

Third-Party Services

NYMZO relies on third-party technologies and service providers to provide parts of the service, including infrastructure, hosting, databases, authentication, email, security, and other technical functions.

Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies where applicable.

Advertising

NYMZO may display advertisements or other sponsored content on eligible areas of the service.

Advertising may be provided or measured by third-party advertising services. Our Privacy Policy contains additional information about cookies, advertising technologies, and privacy choices.

Service Availability

We aim to keep NYMZO available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Features may be added, changed, suspended, limited, or removed as NYMZO develops. Maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, provider outages, or other circumstances may also temporarily affect availability.

Account Suspension & Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to NYMZO where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, protect the service, respond to serious or repeated abuse, or comply with applicable law.

Where account deletion functionality is available, users may request or initiate deletion subject to information that may need to be retained for legitimate security, legal, moderation, or operational purposes.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NYMZO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Messages are created by users or visitors. NYMZO does not necessarily endorse, verify, or agree with content submitted by people using the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NYMZO and those involved in providing the service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service where such liability may lawfully be limited.

These Terms do not limit or exclude liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

NYMZO will continue to develop, so these Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the service, our practices, or applicable requirements.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Additional notice may be provided where required.

Continued use of NYMZO after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
